5 ways to enjoy Spooky Season

It’s so hard to believe October is almost over and the fall season is becoming more real as the days pass! Given the circumstances, it can be really hard to get in the mood for fall festivities and remember to enjoy the fun things the season has to offer. Though we are still social distancing and many campus events have been canceled, we cannot cancel one of the best seasons of the year! Here are 5 ways to enjoy a socially distant Spooky Season!

1. Halloween themed Netflix Party

There’s nothing more on-brand for Halloween than scary movies, popcorn, and buckets of candy! *Safely* gather the squad for a night of spooks and spunk! Dress up in your most daring homemade costumes or your most comfy pajamas and enjoy the company of your family and friends while socially distancing and binging Halloween favorites!

2.S’Mores, Indoors!

We might be too old for the tricks, but we’re never too old for the treats! If your sweet tooth is cravings something rich, try this DIY S’mores Dip Recipe! It’s a great way to get keep the theme of Halloween without the hassle of a kebab. And besides, Who doesn’t love a good bonfire!?

3. Costume Parade

It’s not too late to organize a costume parade throughout your neighborhood! For those of us who have younger siblings, a neighborhood costume parade is a fun way to hang out with your family and show off your creativity! Plus, I’m sure many of us are bored in the house and want to get out for the holidays!
